Bundled Roots is a collection of handcrafted keepsakes, jewelry, and artwork made with intention and care. Each piece is thoughtfully created to honor memories, celebrate nature, and preserve meaningful moments.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most Bundled Roots items are made to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing, unless otherwise noted in the product listing. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your piece is complete.
Memorial pieces begin processing once ashes are received.
How do I send ashes for a memorial piece?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a follow-up email with private shipping instructions. Only a small amount of ashes is required (typically 1–2 teaspoons).
Local drop-off may be arranged — just reply to your order confirmation email.
Are unused ashes returned?
Yes. Any unused ashes will be respectfully returned with your completed piece unless otherwise requested.
Can I choose colors, flowers, or design details?
Yes! Many memorial and keepsake pieces offer customization options such as color palette, flower selection, or finish. Available options are listed on each product page.

Are your pieces durable?
Each piece is sealed and designed for everyday wear; however, these are handcrafted keepsakes and should be treated with care.

What materials do you use?
All jewelry is made using stainless steel or gold-filled stainless steel, paired with resin and natural elements such as flowers or keepsakes. Materials are chosen for durability, beauty, and everyday wear.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
