Only a small amount of ashes is needed to create your memorial piece.
How Much Is Needed
Approximately 1–2 teaspoons of ashes is sufficient. No additional amount is required.
How to Prepare Ashes for Shipping
• Place the ashes in a sealed bag or small container (double-bagging is recommended)
• Clearly label the container with your full name and order number
• Wrap the container in tissue, paper towel, or bubble wrap for protection
Packaging & Shipping
• Place the wrapped container in a padded mailer or small box
• Ship using your preferred carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
• Tracking is recommended for peace of mind
📦 Shipping address will be provided via email after purchase for privacy and security.
You do not need to declare the contents as remains — only a small portion is being sent for memorial jewelry creation.
Local Drop-Off
For clients located nearby, local drop-off is available by appointment. Please reply to your order confirmation email to coordinate details.
Processing Time
Creation begins once ashes are received. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your custom piece to be completed.

• Any unused ashes will be respectfully returned with your completed piece unless otherwise requested
