Memorial Ashes Submission Guide

Thank you for trusting Bundled Roots with something so meaningful.

Please know that your loved one’s ashes will be handled with care, respect, and intention throughout the entire process.

What to Expect

After we’ve connected and your order is confirmed, you will receive an Ashes Return Kit to make this process simple and stress-free.

Only a small amount of ashes is needed to create your piece.

How Much Is Needed

Approximately 1–2 teaspoons of ashes is sufficient.
No additional amount is required.

Your Ashes Return Kit

Your kit will include everything needed to safely and securely send ashes:

• A sealed inner bag for ashes
• A secondary protective bag (double-layered for security)
• A labeled container or pouch
• Protective wrapping materials
• A pre-addressed USPS Priority Mail return mailer

Instructions will be included inside your kit for easy guidance.

Sending Your Kit Back

Once your kit is prepared:

• Place the ashes into the provided container
• Seal and secure using the included materials
• Place everything into the included return mailer

A pre-addressed USPS Priority Mail label will be included with your kit for easy return shipping.

Simply drop off your package at your local USPS location or schedule a pickup.

Tracking is included for peace of mind.

Local Drop-Off

For clients located nearby, local drop-off is available by appointment.
Details can be arranged after your order is confirmed.

Processing Time

Creation begins once ashes are received.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for your custom piece to be completed.

Care & Respect

• Ashes are kept secure and handled individually at all times
• Any unused ashes will be respectfully returned with your completed piece unless otherwise requested
• Each piece is handcrafted with intention and care
